We are delighted to announce that as part of our ‘Pathshala’ Workshop Series to promote aspects of Indian Culture in South China, the Consulate General of India, Guangzhou in cooperation with Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) is organising a FREE Workshop on ‘Introduction to Garba of Gujarat’.
The details of the workshop are as follows~
Date: 7 March 2025 (Friday)
Time: 11 AM-1 PM
Venue: Consulate General of India, Guangzhou
2. The workshop will be conducted by Shree Raj Shakti Raas Mandal’ Garba Troupe from India.
3. The Workshop will provide the participants a unique opportunity to immerse in the rich cultural heritage of India and explore the vibrant dance form of Garba, a traditional dance form originating from the state of Gujarat in India. The participants will get to learn basic and advanced dance steps as well as some tips & tricks to embrace the joyous spirit of Garba.
4. The invitation is open to all nationalities and age groups.
