As part of the celebrations of International Year of Millets 2023 & International Women’s Day, Consulate General of India is organising a ‘Millets Master Chef Challenge’ - a cooking challenge-cum-exhibition of dishes made with millets for women’s wellbeing- on 6 March 2023 (Monday) to promote healthy living among women through millets.
The participants are requested to send us the recipe they used to make the millet dish by 2 March (1800 hrs) via email at
cul.guangzhou@mea.gov.in.
Your millet dishes will also be displayed as samples for the Millets Exhibition on that day.
The participants have to bring a dish made out of millets to the Consulate premises on 6 March at 1430 hrs.
A panel of judges will taste the dishes and declare the winners.
Winners will be awarded attractive prizes!
Participation is by registration only. Please register at the QR code mentioned in the flyer by 2 March (6 pm).
