We are thrilled to inform you that as part of the #CantonIndianFilmFestival2025, the Consulate General of India, Guangzhou cordially invites you all to attend the screening of the Indian Movie ‘Dollu’ on April 6, 2025 (Sunday).
2. The film narrates the struggle of Bhadra, a young ‘Dollu’ drummer & dancer, who struggles to keep his dollu team together and preserve their traditional art form in the face of urbanization. It explores the rich tradition of Karnataka’s folk art of ‘Dollu Kunitha’.
