As part of the celebrations of the Republic Day of India as well as the ‘Canton Indian Film Festival 2025’, the Consulate General of India, Guangzhou is pleased to invite you to a special screening of the acclaimed Indian film ‘RRR’, which will take place at its premises on 24 January 2025.

2. The film ‘RRR- Rise, Roar, Revolt’ is a fictional history of two legendary revolutionaries' journey away from home before they began fighting for their country in the 1920s. "Naatu Naatu" from the movie RRR won the Academy Award for Best Original Song at the 95th Annual Academy Awards in 2023. It was the first song from an Indian film to win the award.
3. The screening of the movie will be followed by Indian refreshments.We believe this movie screening will provide an excellent opportunity for you to experience contemporary Indian cinema.
4. The invitation is open for all nationalities. Interested participants are requested to kindly scan the QR code mentioned in the Flyer by 22 January 2025 to reserve their seats.
